Hello from Brisbane

Hello!!

One month has passed since I arrived at
Brisbane !
Time passes so fast !

Although my hostfamily is just an elderly woman, I enjoy my homestay because she is really nice.
She enjoy her life so much, working as a volunteer, sitting her grandsons and so on.
I think I want to live like her.

So, let me talk about where I went and what I did so far with some picture !

I took this photo from Mt. Cootha when I went on the bus trip on my first day at ICTE!! I've never seen such amazing view in my life !

Also, I had a lovely easter holiday !
First of all, I watched ”Cinderella” twice during the holiday. Secondly, I went to City and South Bank with my friends for the first time. Thirdly, I stayed for 1 night at my friend's house and made Japanese food.

I was surprised with street beach, which is artificial beach, at South Bank ! I've never visit the place like this ! It was so beautiful !

A weekday after easter holiday, I went to cinema again. At that time, I watched ”Fast and Furious 7” with my classmates. This picture of puncake was taken by me when we went to pancake cafe before we watched the movie. It was so tasty !

As you can see the words in this photo, I wen to dreamwold with friends!! Some attraction was introduced by Japanese TV, so I was very excited to ride them !

These are the pictures I took at GOMA. One of my friends took other friends and me there. We enjoyed a lot !

Finally, I went to Twilight Market held in front of City Hall.  There are a lot of shop which sell handmade accessery or food.
They are so cute !

Actually, I've been to lots of place other than these, so it was so difficult to choose what I write.

To sum up, at frist,I was worried about being homesick by stress from staying where I don't know so much. However I haven't been homesick until now. I think that's  because people in Australia are so kind and I'm being able to spend wonderful time with people aroud me. I really thank them for that.

I hope this study abroad program is going to be the best !

  1. Hi Ayano - very nice blog post! I really like your photos and I can see that you are really enjoying your time here in Brisbane. Keep it up and I look forward to reading more and seeing more photos.

You have very nice language use and I can see from all the exclamation points you are excited about it all too (remember, you just need to use one '!').

"Time pasts so fast!!" People often confuse 'pass' and 'past'. The one you are looking for here is pass, so it should be 'time passes so fast'.

Keep posting and putting up photos
    Best wishes
